preparing a pdf file

Please embed all fonts in the pdf file. Adobe Acrobat offers a function which embeds all fonts including the fonts from graphics.

preparing a ps file

You can prepare a postscript file and upload this to the server. Print your final paper into a file (by using a postscript printer)  and change the ending of the file from .prn to .ps. The fonts will be embedded by the server during the upload.

To convert a ps file into a pdf file you can use "ps2pdfwr". With the additional parameter "-dEmbedAllFonts=true" the fonts will be embedded.
